Download & System Requirements
Visit the Retrotec websiteās Support ā Software Downloads section.
Click Download next to āFanTestic (Lite/Pro/6/24)ā.
Ensure your system meets requirementsāWindows XP or newer, .NETāÆ4.0, 600āÆMB+ disk space, 512āÆMB RAM, and Microsoft Word (2007+). For automatic testing, also install the DM-2 or DM-32 drivers.
Installing the Software
Run setup.exe as Administrator.
For DMā2 gauge users: manually install the USB driver.
For DMā32 gauges: USB or Ethernet setup will include driver installation.
After installation, launch FanTestic via the Start Menu or desktop iconāit opens in 30-day demo mode.
Licensing & Protocol Selection
Under Settings ā Enter license, paste your license key (include the full ===START_KEY=== ā¦ ===END_KEY=== block).
License determines access level: number of gauges, fans, and supported standards (ASTM, ATTMA, CGSB, EN13829, ISO, USACE).
Change test standards via Settings ā Change Standard Used for New Tests. You may need to restart between changes
Locating FanTestic & Output Files
Find the application via Start Menu ā Retrotec ā FanTestic.
Test files are stored in My Documents ā Retrotec ā Tests (*.exml format).
Generated reports (Word/Excel) appear in My Documents ā Retrotec ā Reports.
