Assemble the aluminum frame by snapping together numbered pieces.
Mount the calibrated blower fan and insert the correct range plate to match testing conditions. For residences, begin with the mid plate and adjust as needed.
Connect the yellow static tube from the house to the fan and the red pressure reference tube to the gauge.
Ensure tubing is routed freely—no kinks or sharp bends—to avoid false readings.
Access Settings → Baseline to zero the gauge using room air.
On the home screen, select your setup (blower door frame + mid plate) to configure the gauge for testing
Create negative pressure (commonly 50 Pa), then stabilize.
Check for spikes or anomalies from wind, HVAC activity, or tube disturbances.
Read CFM50 directly from the gauge once readings stabilize.
The system is self-contained—no software needed—and enables a quick, reliable, compliant test.
The DM‑32 simplifies process with Set Pressure, @Pressure, and auto-zero features.
Frame and gauge configurations are intuitive and repeatable, matching built-in testing protocols
