Field check your DM 32 gauge

DM32 Configurator Software

Step‑by‑Step Cross‑Port Check

Prep Gauge Settings

  • Set Time Averaging to around 4–5 seconds, and switch both Channel A and B to display Pressure (Pa).

Input Ports Test (Blue & Green)

  • Connect a tube between the Input A (blue) and Input B (green) ports.

  • After readings stabilize, both channels should match within ±2%.

Reference Ports Test (Red & Yellow)

  • Disconnect blue/green tube and connect Ref A (red) to Ref B (yellow) ports.

  • Again, ensure readings are within ±2%.

Optional Dual‑Gauge Comparison

  • For extra assurance, connect each matching port between two gauges (e.g., blue-to-blue).

  • Readings should agree within ±2%, confirming accuracy.

Why This Method is Effective

  • Detects tubing issues—like pinches, water, or leaks—which often cause larger errors than sensor drift (up to 90%).
  • Confidently confirms gauge accuracy with minimal effort—no lab required.
  • Guideline: only send for recalibration if discrepancies exceed ±2%, after checking tubings and resetting baseline.

Troubleshooting Tips

If readings don’t match:

    • Replace or straighten tubing; test ports individually to isolate the issue.

    • Raise Time Averaging to 4 s if readings are noisy.

    • Clear baseline before retesting.

Persisting discrepancies? Try another gauge for a final check before recalibration.
