Press Mode until the display shows pressure (Pa) on both channels (PrA & PrB).
Turn Auto Zero off to stabilize readings during the test.
Attach a single clean tube between Input A and Input B (or both reference ports).
Readings should match within 2%; this confirms both the tube and gauge ports are working properly.
Test the same way using different tubes (yellow, blue, green, etc.) and different port pairings.
Any channel deviation or rapid drop indicates a blocked, pinched, or leaking tube or a faulty port.
Tube issues are common. Water, kinks, or loose fittings often cause significant errorāmuch more than gauge drift alone.
A quick weekly check or before every critical test avoids starting with faulty equipment.
