Retrotec’s exclusive virgin ABS Panels are a vast improvement over fumbling with a frame, cloth and crossbar. Hard Panels slide and lock in place. We think that as few as 10% of new homes that require testing to comply with State codes are actually tested. Many builders and Code Officials simply don’t bother.
The effect? The single most important performance criteria is simply not measured.
